Refiloe (pronounced re-feel-way) is a Los Angeles Realtor and Business Development Manager with more than a decade of experience spanning residential sales & property management. Her broad industry perspective allows her to help clients look beyond a single transaction and make thoughtful decisions about buying, selling, investing, and property ownership.
With roots in South Africa and Russia, Refiloe brings a multicultural perspective and a genuine appreciation for the diverse people, neighborhoods, and opportunities that make Los Angeles unique. She has built her career around honest guidance, & helping clients understand not just what they can do with real estate, but what makes the most sense for their goals.
Refiloe has also developed a particular passion for helping creators, influencers, entrepreneurs, and other self-employed professionals navigate homeownership. After years of recognizing that unconventional income doesn't always fit neatly into the traditional mortgage box, she created Buy, Don't Rent, a home-buying resource designed to help self-employed buyers better understand their options, prepare for the process, and see homeownership as a possibility rather than something that's out of reach.
Refiloe also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, giving her additional training to serve clients 50+ as their real estate needs evolve. From downsizing and longtime property ownership to family considerations and Proposition 19, she understands that these decisions often involve much more than simply putting a home on the market.
